We use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the practical reference point for reviewing and improving the website. Accessibility is considered when pages, vacancy content and website features are created or revised.

Our ongoing review includes:

• Heading structure, descriptive links and page titles.
• Text contrast, text resizing and mobile reflow.
• Alternative text for meaningful images.
• Form labels, instructions, validation and error messages.
• Vacancy listings, application routes and interactive matching tools.
• Embedded documents, code blocks and content supplied by third parties.

Because a full audit has not yet been completed, other barriers may exist. Reporting a problem helps us identify where practical improvements are most needed.
