Office-based adviser role managing a substantial remortgage and protection retention book with full admin support.

An employed Mortgage & Protection Adviser role in an established team, backed by dedicated administration and case management. The role centres on a large existing client and retention book: spotting upcoming mortgage reviews, remortgage opportunities and protection needs, running compliant fact-finds and recommending suitable solutions. It suits an organised, proactive adviser who is comfortable managing review dates in a predominantly office-based team.

What you'll need

• CeMAP or equivalent
• signed-off CAS status
• regulated mortgage advice experience
• proactive diary and review-book management
• FCA rules and Consumer Duty knowledge
