For experienced brokers with their own clients or introducers who want to grow into more complex lending.

A self-employed mortgage broker role with an established firm. You keep 50% of the first £4,000 banked each month and 65% of everything above that, with no upper cap. You will need to bring your own clients or introducer relationships. In return you work alongside experienced advisers and can build into buy-to-let, commercial, bridging, self-build, expat and equity release cases. Hybrid or fully remote working may be possible depending on experience.
