For experienced, self-generating mortgage and protection advisers who want a strong split and a director they can actually speak to.

A self-employed role with a relationship-led firm. You keep 80% once you are signed off, rising to 85% after £85,000 of income. You are expected to bring your own business, but a lead top-up is available when you want it, and you keep 100% of solicitor referral commission. You get direct support from the firm's director rather than a call centre.

What you'll need

• Experienced mortgage and protection adviser, ideally CAS
• Some existing clients or a reliable source of self-generated business
• Confident advising on protection
