Nationwide home-based role for experienced brokers who want leads, support and a flexible diary.

A self-employed mortgage and protection consultant role with a large, established firm. You get a strong supply of leads, back-office support and control of your own diary, without corporate targets breathing down your neck. Advisers who also bring their own clients or back book do particularly well here. Full commission terms are shared on a call.

What you'll need

• CeMAP qualified, ideally 3 to 5 years or more advising
• Full mortgage and protection broker capability
• Strong customer service and a stable career history
